The project form collects your name, phone number, and city, along with optional email, notes, and photos or videos. It also records the service page you came from when provided. Please include only information relevant to the work.
How we use it
We use this information to assess and respond to your inquiry, prepare for a project conversation, and keep a record of that request. Submitting the form asks us to contact you about your project. We record that request with the submission. It is not permission for unrelated marketing.
Website operation
Essential cookies support the session, form security, and submission confirmation. Browser session storage may retain the page where your visit began, the referring website, and campaign tags so we can understand where inquiries come from. Server and security logs may record your IP address, browser information, requested pages, and request times. We use these records to operate the site, diagnose issues, and prevent abuse. The website does not use advertising trackers. Blocking essential cookies may prevent the inquiry form from working.
Storage and access
Inquiries are stored in the website’s database, and uploaded photos or videos are stored privately. Access is for designated team members handling the inquiry and service providers supporting website operation, security, storage, and communications. Cloudflare supports website delivery and security; the hosting provider processes website traffic and stored records. Inquiry details and time-limited private upload links may be emailed to our designated team through Google Workspace. We do not publish your form submissions. This website does not sell your inquiry information or send it to advertising networks. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect the security of the service.
Retention and security
Inquiry records, uploads, email copies, and backups may remain available after our initial response. Retention depends on inquiry handling, project recordkeeping, security needs, and applicable obligations; submitting a request does not trigger automatic deletion. You can ask us to review or delete your information. Some records may need to be retained for legal obligations or disputes, and backup copies may remain until replaced.
Uploaded files use private storage. No online service can guarantee complete security. Please do not submit payment-card information, identification documents, or unrelated sensitive information.
Questions or corrections
Call (865) 503-0046 or use the contact form to request a correction, ask about your information, or request deletion. Describe the request without including sensitive documents or payment information. We may need to verify your identity before sharing, correcting, or deleting a record.
Children, other websites, and policy changes
This site is intended for adults arranging property services, not children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate. Links to third-party websites are governed by their own privacy practices. We will update this page and its date when our practices change.
